Duck & Sauerkraut

Sauerkraut is terribly lonely and bored, longing for a little company. A hungry duck flies past. Sauerkraut sees the duck as a remedy for his loneliness. The duck sees Sauerkraut as a meal. An animated story of an impossible love, full of mishaps, misunderstandings and relatable emotions.

Eloi Henriod (born 1987) is a Swiss animation filmmaker and musician based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He trained as a 2D animator in Paris from 2005 to 2008. In 2012, he directed his first animated short film The Little Blond Boy with a White Sheep. Duck & Sauerkraut is his second short film.
