Full Nest

The squirrel's nest is warmly padded for the cold winter with all kinds of stolen goods and  little treasures. But suddenly… Splash! The rain is pouring! A flood breaks out and frightened forest animals flee to Lena's farm in search of shelter. The squirrel would like to help them somehow… A gentle wordless animated short about togetherness.

After finishing her studies in design at the Moscow State University of Printing Arts in 2004, Elena Walf started to work as an illustrator. In the following years she illustrated for many kids’ magazines and several children’s books for publishing houses in Russia, Germany, Taiwan and South Korea. In 2015 she graduated at the renowned Institute of Animation, Visual Effects and Digital Postproduction at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. Since then she works as a director, animator and designer based in Stuttgart.
