Medical student Bára experiences emotional stagnation. Overwhelmed by medical terminology, she loses space for her own feelings. Her life lacks passion, physical desire… or love. Dance becomes her only escape. A wild party brings a revelation, but it doesn’t solve her problem – instead, it deepens it.
Ondřej Nuslauer, born 1993, is a director and editor. His film The First Patient received a Special Jury Recognition at Tbilisi IFF. The screenplay for The Dance of Solitude won Best Screenplay at Night of Film Hopes. As an editor, he worked on Brutal Heat, 13 Minutes, The Great Nothing, and War Correspondent, awarded at Warsaw IFF.
