They wait for the men, yet the men never return. The story of Mom and Kata is not only about them, but also about one of the most controversial human relationships in general, the parent-child relationship. Mother and daughter, two generations, one night. A tale of trauma, transgenerational angst and missing spices.

Péter Hajmási is a Budapest-based film director, graduate of METU and SzFE, whose work includes short films, series and music videos. Gabriella Csoma is a visual designer, art director and screenwriter, graduate of the Hungarian University of Fine Arts. They have collaborated on several projects and are currently developing their first feature film One Billion Years.
