A routine work trip into the forest, where childless married couple Hana and Kornel are marking hiking trails, suddenly turns into an adventurous struggle for survival. Far from civilization, they are forced to face not only the harshness of nature, but also the fragile terrain of their long-term, stagnant relationship.

Mária Kralovič graduated from the School of Applied Arts in Kremnica and later studied animation at the Academy of Performing Arts (VŠMU) in Bratislava. During her studies, she completed an internship at the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema in Lisbon. She subsequently continued her doctoral studies at VŠMU, where she currently lectures in animation. Her film Fifi Fatale was nominated for the Slovak national film award Slnko v sieti (Sun in a Net) in 2018. In addition to animation, Mária also works in illustration and design. In 2019, she made her debut with the comic book Bežná (Ordinary).
