Anatomy of a Czech Afternoon
Synopsis
A family trip to the lake can turn into a tragedy at any time... Adam Martinec's student film captures the raw everyday atmosphere of a recreational lake on a sultry summer day. But this ordinary afternoon by the water soon turns dramatic when a mother reports her two sons missing. Each of the visitors and staff at the resort has their own opinion on the matter, but each is also lax about it. The boys could be anywhere, the police are nowhere, and no one is too involved in the search. Will they be found?
