Cinema Walk
An evening stroll through the city, where streets and buildings are transformed into temporary movie screens. Together, we will walk from Holešovice Market, across the HolKa footbridge to Štvanice, stopping at several locations for short screenings that will bring familiar and unexpected corners of the city to life. The screening in public space combines walking, discovering the city, and the film experience into a unique event that transforms the view of Prague and the film itself.
The evening will be guided by short films and Adam Gebrian.
Adam Gebrian is a fan of architecture. He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Arts and Architecture in Liberec (2006) and, thanks to a Fulbright scholarship, also completed the SCIFI postgraduate program at SCI-Arc in Los Angeles (2008). He has studied and worked in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Prague, Paris, London, and Los Angeles. In 2015, he received the Architect of the Year award for his "tireless publishing and discussion activities in the public sphere aimed at raising awareness of architectural culture."
Practical information will be published at least one week before the event.
